Men's Yoga Monday

A Class Solely For Men!

Is your body giving you signals it needs some good stress release?. This class is designed for you! For any man that may be carrying a lot of physical or emotional stress, may have a job that is physically taxing on the body, or you are just carrying a lot of tensions and tightness, but you are not comfortable going to a regular yoga class. Then come along to this target specific class solely for men!

Find depth in breathing, find depth in opening and loosening up your body and find depth in how to really unwind properly so you get the most out of your body and life. 🙏

No experience needed, this is exactly what this class is about. Learning how to release tension in your body.
