At The Movement Shala, our Yoga and Pilates classes are infused with intention—supporting feminine strength, softness, and soulful alignment. Each practice is designed to honour the cyclical nature of a woman’s body and the energies of the day, the moon, and the cosmos.

This is not just movement—it’s a remembrance. A return to your natural state of balance, vitality, and inner peace. Here, you are invited to slow down, tune in, and move from a place of deep awareness and devotion.

Our class offerings vary each week meaning each day and practice is different.

Our vision is to create a sanctuary where Yoga and Pilates come together in a grounded, natural setting. Free from the distractions of large gyms and studios where you are just another number, here you are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be. We believe this point of difference will have you experience something completely different and authentic.

We value quality over quantity. With classes capped at 12, you’ll receive the personal space and attention needed to support your practice on every level—physical, emotional, and energetic.

At the core of our offerings is the belief that our inner and outer worlds are reflections of one another. As above, so below. Cosmic rhythms, planetary alignments, and energetic shifts all influence us—and our Yoga classes honour this sacred connection.

Our Pilates classes focus on control, form, and deep embodied strength. Suitable for all levels, these morning sessions cultivate powerful transformation—strong, and steady with a good pace. 🔥
