
Vinyasa Yoga will have you embarking on a transformative journey across the mat. In this unique class, we explore the profound concept of the Vinyasa yoga system. Sun Salutations & strong sequencing to get your muscles and breath firing up.
Vinyasa yoga is a great way to feel the benefits of a strong moving and flowing style of yoga. It is challenging and through practice and correct breath control, you can create a strong and flexible body and an amazing mind body connection. Different themes will be weaved through the classes.
These classes are offered in the early morning and 9am, when the yang energy is high and your body will burn more toxins and create much needed sweat.

Your wind down class for the week. This class will bring much needed harmony to your body and mind.
We explore Yin Yoga & Restorative yoga. Moving slowly and deeply into some very long holds. This class is generally targeted towards the lower body, such as hips hamstrings, back etc
Through the long holds and through breath intention and awareness we can move our bodies beyond resistance points and help create a strong and stable mind and body connection.
This class is great for any body but especially beneficial for those with tight bodies, stressful lives, or suffering from any anxiety or health issues.

A beautiful blend of movement meets stillness.
This class will let you explore beautiful slow, soulful movements to create a lovely and deep mind and breath connection. Inspired by Thai Chi and other slow movements you will deeply connect into your vital life force through a flowing internal and external rhythm.
Following the slow warm up for the body and breath, we move into some standing foundation sequences, before moving to the floor for some long Yin yoga holds. This involves holding postures for around three minutes, allowing us to explore resistance within ourselves. This class is great for balancing the nervous system, activating the rest-and-digest response to counter chronic stress.
The class allows for 10-15 min crystal sound bowl meditation at the end.
This class is available for any body, and age. Come to drop away and find yourself again and again.

A strong and focused class that blends moving strength and flexibility through Pilates standing and mat sequences. Larger weights are included for lunches and upper body, whilst using ankle weights, balls and bands for strong resistance.
This class is not for the faint hearted, It is designed to help build lean muscles by using mid range weights and working with small muscles groups that often get neglected in other workouts, along with always a strong emphasis on core control.
Up beat music will help you pulse your way to a better you :-)

A 30 min Core class. A strong and buildable class each week, completely focused on the core unit. TA, oblique and pelvic floor all get a good activation in this class. 30 min's of complete power through your Power House centre.
A great class for anyone, especially women over 40 who want to really target their core centre.

A beautiful Pilates class that is all mat focused and working with traditional pilates method of body weight strength and flexibility for a lean and strong body.
Option for resistance bands and balls in this class also.
A great all round class with strong core focus.
Suitable for every woman and every body shape and size. :-)

Pilates barre is a mix of blending ballet inspired moves with Pilates. This is a high energy but low impact class with lots of standing work, followed by core focus on the mat.
Use of ankle weights and small hand weights and lots of lots of pulling those legs and long leg extension work. A fantastic class for getting into shape and getting the heart rate up.
Fantastic music to keep you going strong for 45 mins.

Throughout the class we will explore energetics of the different energy systems in the body, along with moving the body into certain asanas' for greater opening and awareness that align with the energy system.

A powerful class with modified options. Ashtanga yoga inspired class where you will move through a traditional series of asana's. This practice is strong and requires a lot of depth and focus, but you will gain much insight to the practice of Ashtanga and its method.
Lots of options throughout this class. There is a set series of postures that are repeated each week, which can also help you gain progress in your body and your mind.
