Power/Ashtanga Yoga

A powerful class with modified options. Ashtanga yoga inspired class where you will move through a traditional series of Sun Salutations to correct breath count, the standing series and seated series asana's. We add a few more standing postures in, and then move to the mat for the seated practice. Inversions and arm balances are used in this class.

This practice is strong and requires a lot of depth and focus, but you will gain much insight to the practice of Ashtanga and its method.

Lots of options throughout this class. There is a set series of postures that are repeated each week, which can also help you gain progress in your body and your mind.
