Join this beautiful 2 hr Yoga Immersion as we of explore the change of the Astrological New Year. We move into the zero degree point of Aries which sparks the roll over into the Universes New Year.

The morning will involved reflections, understanding and grounding practices before we move into 1 hr of stronger Vinyasa sequences, then moving into 30 mins of deeper Yin asana's. This will be a layered practice moving from Yang to Yin and allowing time at the end for deep Yoga Nidra and Shavasana.🙏
