
This six-week course offers a structured & supportive way to establish or deepen your meditation practice through gentle movement and mantra.
Each session follows a simple rhythm: we begin with 10 minutes of gentle movement to prepare the body, move into a guided chanting and sound meditation, and close with a short reflection so you leave with clear intentions you can carry into your daily life.
No experience needed. Expect to move yourself into a beautiful etheric field of sound, mantra repetition and deep freedom through your mind.
This course is a beautiful extra added benefit to the asana and breathing practices you get to experience in class.
